Anka Force Sport Production Facility: Tekirdag Corlu

The production heart of Anka Force Sport beats at our modern facility in Tekirdag Corlu Organized Industrial Zone. In a 5,000 m² covered area, we produce over 5,000 tons of fitness equipment annually with our state-of-the-art machinery and experienced production team. Founded in Istanbul in 2002, our company relocated to this modern facility in Corlu to meet growing production capacity demands.

Manufacturing Process: From Raw Materials to Finished Product

1. Raw Material Procurement & Storage

Our production process begins with sourcing high-quality raw materials. Steel rods, cast iron molds, and recycled rubber granules are stored in our controlled storage areas. All raw materials undergo quality testing before being admitted to production.

2. Rubber Processing

Recycled rubber granules are mixed with binding agents and color pigments to produce a homogeneous compound. This mixture is formulated according to the specifications of the product being manufactured. In line with Anka Force Sport's sustainability commitment, the use of recycled rubber is prioritized in production.

3. Molding & Pressing

The prepared rubber compound is placed in custom-designed steel molds. It is shaped under high temperature and pressure using hydraulic presses. At this stage, weight plates, bumper plates, and dumbbell heads are produced. Molds include customer-specific logos and design details.

4. Assembly

Rubber-coated discs are combined with steel bars and handles. In dumbbell production, rubber-coated discs are mounted onto steel bars and secured. In barbell production, bearing systems, sleeves, and locking mechanisms are precision-assembled.

5. Quality Control

Every assembled product goes through a comprehensive quality control process. Weight accuracy (±1%), coating adhesion, surface quality, dimensional compliance, and visual integrity are checked. Products that do not meet standards are returned or reprocessed.

6. Packaging & Shipping

Products that pass quality control are packaged according to customer requirements. Options include retail-ready custom boxing or pallet packaging for bulk shipment. Container loading is performed according to optimized placement plans.

Our facility is located in the Tekirdag Corlu Organized Industrial Zone, 120 km from Istanbul. It is approximately 1.5 hours from Istanbul Ataturk Airport. Its proximity to Ambarli Port provides a strategic location for export logistics.
