Our Quality Control Process

At Anka Force Sport, quality is an integrated philosophy embedded into every stage of the manufacturing process. At our production facility in Tekirdag Corlu, a multi-stage quality control system is applied from raw material intake to shipment. Every product is manufactured with user safety and performance excellence in mind.

Raw Material Control

Our production process begins with raw material quality:

• Steel Quality Analysis: Steel materials used in dumbbell and barbell production undergo tensile, bending, and hardness tests. Only materials meeting standards are admitted to production.
• Rubber Raw Material Testing: Our recycled rubber compound is tested for density, elasticity, and durability. Shore hardness testing guarantees coating quality.
• Supplier Auditing: Our raw material suppliers are regularly audited and quality certifications are required.

In-Process Quality Control

• Weight Accuracy: Every product is weighed on precision scales within ±1% tolerance. ±0.5% tolerance is applied for Olympic plates.
• Dimensional Control: Product dimensions are checked against technical drawings using calipers and measuring instruments.
• Coating Quality: Rubber coating thickness, adhesion strength, and surface smoothness are tested on every batch.
• Visual Inspection: Each product is individually examined for surface defects, print quality, and color consistency.

Final Product Testing

• Drop Test: Bumper plates undergo repeated drop tests from standard heights. Cracking, deformation, and odor are checked.
• Grip Test: Dumbbell and barbell handles are tested for grip comfort and sweat resistance.
• Spin Test: Olympic bar bearing systems are tested for spin fluidity and noise levels.
• Load Test: Bars undergo static and dynamic tests above maximum load capacity.

Rubber Coating Quality

Anka Force Sport's rubber coating process ensures long-lasting and safe products:

• High-density recycled rubber compound
• Uniform coating thickness (minimum 8 mm)
• UV and chemical resistance
• Low odor emission
• Color fastness (fade resistance)

Factory Inspection Process

We offer factory inspection opportunities to our customers and distributors. Our inspection process is transparent, with our production lines, quality control laboratory, and storage areas open for visits. Virtual factory tours via video conference are also available for international clients.
