• 3. Sample Production: Samples are produced for your approval before mass production. Color accuracy, weight precision, coating quality, and print details are verified on the sample.
• 4. Mass Production: Serial production begins in exact accordance with the approved sample. Quality control is applied at every stage of the production process.
• 5. Quality Control & Shipping: All products undergo individual weight and visual inspection. Safe delivery is ensured through custom packaging and professional container loading services.

Minimum Order Quantities & Lead Times

Minimum order quantities for our OEM projects vary by product category. We offer flexible solutions with MOQs starting from 200 units for dumbbell and barbell sets, and 500 kg for plate products. Standard production time is 4-8 weeks from sample approval.
