The Professional Olympic Bar Series is a professional bar range designed for complete upper and lower body strength training.
Performs at full capacity across upper body movements including bicep curls, triceps extensions, chest press, shoulder press, and upright rows — as well as lower body exercises such as deadlifts and squats.
Spring collars on the chrome plated bar keep weight plates firmly secured at all times. The medium diamond knurling pattern provides a safe and comfortable grip throughout the longest sets. Grip zones are available with an optional matte black finish. The bar diameter meets the 50 mm Olympic standard and is fully compatible with all Olympic racks, stands, and curl benches.
