A typical F45 / BFT / Orangetheory-style studio runs 8–14 classes per day across 20 stations. Each dumbbell and bumper plate gets used ~40 times per day. That's 14,600 uses per year on a single piece of equipment. Low-spec gear fails in month 4. We build for that use pattern.

Station-bundle pricing

Most studios run 12, 16, or 20 stations. We price in that shape — "per station kit" — rather than forcing you to price line-item. A typical 20-station studio fit-out includes 20 pairs of dumbbells (2.5–22.5 kg), 4 sets of bumper plates per platform area, 6 Olympic bars, and storage. Total commercial-gym equivalent: €12,000–16,000 EUR delivered to EU.

OEM custom branding for studio brands

Many functional-training brands want their studios to look like the brand, not generic gym. We produce custom-colored rubber coatings, branded end caps on dumbbells, and even packaging that reinforces the brand at delivery. Minimum for custom: ~50 units per SKU.

Rapid re-supply

Functional studios replace dumbbells and bumpers as they wear. Our road-freight advantage matters here: a single replacement pallet can land in Germany in 5–6 days. Chinese resupply would be 6–8 weeks, which means a studio operates with incomplete equipment for most of the replacement cycle.
