- Lead time: 6–9 days door-to-door via road-to-port freight (truck from Tekirdağ to a Turkish Mediterranean port, then fast-sea leg to Jebel Ali or Khalifa Port, then truck to your door)
- Ports: Jebel Ali (Dubai), Khalifa Port (Abu Dhabi)
- Customs: GCC import documentation; we supply commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin. Standard UAE customs clearance on Turkish-origin goods.
- No MOQ: partial-pallet orders accepted — useful for hotel openings that only need a limited free-weight set
Commercial terms for UAE buyers
- Quoted in USD or EUR (AED conversion handled on your side, or we'll quote indicative AED)
- 50/50 first order; LC via Emirates NBD, Mashreq, or ADCB accepted for larger orders
- Incoterms: CIF Jebel Ali is most common; DDP available for hotel fit-out projects

Our sales team supports Arabic and English on WhatsApp. Business hours overlap fully — Tekirdağ is GMT+3, Dubai is GMT+4, one-hour offset. Factory visits from Dubai via Istanbul take roughly 6 hours including transit.
