6–9 days door-to-door for road-to-port freight via Jebel Ali or Khalifa Port. Pure sea freight runs 12–18 days but is typically only used for very large container loads. Air-freight samples for trial orders take 2–3 days.

Do you supply Marriott, Hilton, Jumeirah hotel gyms in the UAE?

Yes — we supply hotel-chain gyms in the UAE either directly or via the chain’s regional procurement office. Output is purpose-built for hospitality: dumbbells with quiet-impact rubber, low-profile plate racks, and finishes that match the property’s aesthetic.

Is there a minimum order quantity for the UAE?

No MOQ. We accept partial-pallet orders, which is unusual in this category — useful for boutique hotels, single-floor commercial gyms, or distributor pilot stock. Most factory tier suppliers in Asia require container minimums; we don’t.

Can you ship DDP (delivered duty paid) to a UAE address?

Yes for project orders. DDP includes UAE customs handling, port fees, and last-mile delivery. CIF Jebel Ali is more common for distributors who self-clear, since it reduces total cost when the buyer holds an existing import license.

Do you produce equipment in the UAE locally?

No — production is Turkey-based. Our advantage over local UAE distributors is that we are the manufacturer, not a re-seller. Pricing reflects factory direct, not distributor margin. For local maintenance / installation we coordinate with our regional service partners.

Can we visit the factory before placing a large order?

Yes, factory visits in Tekirdağ are common for first-time buyers. Most UAE buyers fly Dubai → Istanbul → Tekirdağ in roughly 6 hours total. We arrange airport pickup and an arranged test session with the equipment you’re evaluating.
