Are you a manufacturer or a distributor?

Manufacturer. The factory is in Tekirdağ, Turkey — production includes raw cast-iron disc casting, rubber coating, finishing, knurling on bars, and final assembly. We sell direct to UAE buyers without an export-house in between.

Can we white-label your equipment under our own brand?

Yes — this is one of the most common requests from UAE buyers. Custom logo lasering, custom rubber colors, custom packaging. Pilot MOQ 150 units per SKU.

Do you have references in the UAE?

Yes. Gulf Gear Performance is a Dubai-based regional brand we manufacture for. We can share additional references on request once a project is qualified.

How does your pricing compare to local UAE distributors?

Direct-from-factory removes the distributor margin layer. The trade-off is delivery time (6–9 days vs same-day from a Dubai warehouse) — for a fit-out project planned 2–6 weeks ahead, that trade-off works in the buyer’s favor.

Do you handle the UAE customs clearance?

For DDP shipments, yes. For CIF Jebel Ali, the buyer or their customs agent handles clearance — we provide the full documentation set. Either model is common.

What’s the lead time on a 1,000-unit dumbbell pair order?

Typically 4–6 weeks production + 6–9 days transit. We’ll quote a specific date once the SKU mix is finalized.

Can we get equipment samples before placing a project order?

Yes — air-freight samples to a UAE address, 2–3 days. We typically include one dumbbell, one plate, and a bar section so the buyer can evaluate material, knurling, and rubber-coating before committing.
